** I will add more details and locations to this list soon. If you can recommend a sports complex not listed below, leave it in a comment and I will add it to the map. **

Indoor tracks (link)

Training in the winter months in Sweden pretty much means you will be training in the dark and often over ice and snow. Since this isn’t always practical or safe, you may want to head to an indoor track. Here’s a short list of Stockholm-area indoor tracks. It’s recommended to call the facility you want to visit to insure availability.

Sätra friidrottshall This is one of Stockholm’s largest indoor facilities with four tracks in total. The main 200m oval, built in 1998, is true on the second lane with slightly over 11° on the banks. I’ve used Sätra more often than any other and this is a good place to work out if you want to be around fast runners. Can be busy. A single day pass is around 80kr. Telephone: +468 646 46 73

Bosöhallen Here you will find the most complete training facility in the Stockholm area. Bonsön is also where you want to go for your physical testing needs. The main 200m oval, built in 1984, is slightly over 12° on the banks. Telephone: +468 699 66 00
